The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Year Old (2021) is a superb whisky from one of the world’s very best distilleries. It was created with the utmost attention to detail under the watchful eye of The Macallan Master of Wood, who would check casks on a regular basis to ensure they met the distilleries high standards. The whisky has has a bright amber colour and notes of rich Oak, candied orange peels, milk chocolate and much more. It’s a perfectly balanced dram that will quickly become one of your favourites.

Asta Morris is a label under which former Belgian Malt Maniac Bert Bruyneel bottles his excellent cask selection. This particular Asta Morris whisky is from Glen Moray. It is a 10 year old “Kanagawa (upland seascape)” single malt release with only 370 bottles ever released.
The Sweet Toast of American Oak has been carefully matured in hand-crafted and specially charred oak barrels that bring a fantastic vanilla sweetness to the exceptional whisky. It has been aged for 12 years, making it smooth, rounded and incredibly complex.
