An incredibly rare bottling from the long-since-closed Port Ellen distillery on Islay that was distilled way back in 1979 and aged for 32 years before being bottled and released as the distillery’s 11th annual release in 2011. It was bottled at cask strength and contains an incredible array of aromas and flavours inside that won’t often be found in today’s single malts. Only 2988 bottles were produced and as one of few Port Ellen whiskies remaining on the market today, this is a highly collectable bottle.
