Description
It is matured with sherry barrel crafted from Jerez, Spain. Top European sherry casks have always been rare, but in order to produce a satisfying, secret and deep single malt whisky, the Macallan always adhere to the classic Sherry cask series of 100 percent sherry oak brewing, the aroma of the sherry cask, soft and sweet taste. What’s more, it has a deeper, more natural color than any distillery can add with artificial flavors or caramel, which is why the Macallan is known as “the world’s most precious whiskey.”
