This brilliant single cask expression hails from Islay’s newest distillery, Kilchoman. It was distilled in 2015 and matured in a top quality PX sherry cask before bottling in 2020. It’s a rich, sweet and slightly smoky dram, peated to 20ppm, that will keep you coming back for another sip time after time. Released specifically for the Taiwanese market, it’s hard to find anywhere online.

Asta Morris is a label under which former Belgian Malt Maniac Bert Bruyneel bottles his excellent cask selection. This particular Asta Morris whisky is from Glen Moray. It is a 10 year old “Kanagawa (upland seascape)” single malt release with only 370 bottles ever released.
The Sweet Toast of American Oak has been carefully matured in hand-crafted and specially charred oak barrels that bring a fantastic vanilla sweetness to the exceptional whisky. It has been aged for 12 years, making it smooth, rounded and incredibly complex.
