The Glenmorangie Companta is a private edition, limited release single malt whisky from the famous Highland distillery that is the follow up to Jim Murray’s World Whisky of the Year 2014 – the Ealanta. It was initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, before a further maturation period in 60% Burgundy wine casks and 40% Rhône Valley casks that previously held Rasteau. It is the brainchild of Director of Distilling, Bill Lumsden, and brings an exceptional range of aromas and flavours to the table that should not be missed.
