This beautiful Highland Park 16 Year Old was distilled at the world-famous distillery in 2003 and matured in a single oak cask before being bottled in 2019 by Duncan Taylor for their popular ‘Dimensions’ series. The series brings together a range of delicious and unique single malts, of which this is one of our favourites. Sweet and floral with a whiff of peat smoke, this is a well-balanced and complex dram which any fan of the distillery will adore. With only 312 cask strength bottles produced, it’s also a bit of a collector’s item.
