The Ardbeg Perpetuum is a limited edition release from the amazing Islay distillery that was released at Feis Ile 2015 to celebrate the distillery’s 200th anniversary and it has been in high demand ever since. Matured in both bourbon and sherry barrels, it brings gentle vanilla, smoked barbecue, soft sea salt and, of course, a good helping of coastal peat smoke. It’s a fine dram and this is highlighted by the highly limited availability of this bottle online. Well worth getting your hands on.
