Description
This whiskey curiosity, a 15 Year Old single malt, is the fourth “volume” in the Teeling Distillery’s Revival series. Its maturation in Muscat Port casks gives it a wonderful golden hue, and a beautifully complex palate to go with it.
A sampling of the Teeling 15 Year Old Muscat Barrels Single Malt delivers sweet yet delicate notes of tropical fruit on the nose, complemented by further fruity elements on the palate. As such, it is an excellent summer dram, taken either neat or with a single cube of ice. It would also make an exceptional base for a summery Irish whiskey cocktail.
