Description
This single cask Caol Ila 8 Year Old was distilled on Islay in 2011 and matured in a sherry hogshead cask before being bottled by indie bottler, Abeyhill Distilling, in 2019. It brings rich notes of oak and stewed fruits along with gentle peat smoke, black pepper spice and subtle herbal notes that last on the finish. As a single cask whisky, number of this beauty are highly limited.
