This “Secret Islay” bottling from Or Sileis is a beautiful single cask whisky from an unnamed Islay distillery that brings elegant notes of citrus, oak and gentle spices, all backed up by that signature Islay peat smoke. It comes in a stunning bottle featuring “A Tiger Among A Flock Of Sheep” and would look the part in any collection. Limited to just 275 bottles, this is one to get your hands on while you can.
