This Highland Park 27 Year Old was distilled at Scotland’s most northern distillery on October 26th, 1989. It was bottled by independent bottler Rest & Be Thankful in 2016. This is a single cask whisky that was aged entirely in an ex-bourbon barrel. Highland Park is one of Scotland’s best distilleries and the Rest & Be Thankful indie bottler has an ever growing, enviable expression list of top quality whiskies, so you can’t really go wrong with this dram! Rare, non-chill filtered and with no added coloring.
