Description
This gorgeous Highland Park 2003 was distilled on Orkney in the far north of Scotland before being matured in a single refill puncheon for 14 years. This bottle makes up part of the distillery’s Single Cask Series and it was released specifically for the Taiwanese market. It brings deep sherried flavours to the table alongside a subtle earthiness and that famous Highland Park smoke. This bottling was hugely popular upon release, so numbers are highly limited today.
