Description
The Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 14 year old carries on from the original 12 year old in real style. It brings the same fruity and spicy notes, with a smoother and creamier mouthfeel thanks to the two extra years this whisky spent ageing. On the nose, it delivers rich cherries, citrus, dark chocolate and aromatic walnuts before the palate arrived with a rounded mouthfeel followed by a symphony of rich berries, chocolate, sandalwood, mixed nuts and orange peel. The finish is long and floral, with subtle mint lingering in the background. An excellent whisky from a superb distillery.
