A truly outstanding single malt whisky, the Glenlivet Archive 21 Year Old has picked up a whole host of awards in recent years, including Gold medals at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Aged for 21 years, it brings an elegant and complex range of notes to your nose and palate […]

This Williamson 6 Year Old is a single cask ‘teaspooned’ blended whisky. This means that the vast majority of the whisky comes from ones distillery, with only a tiny portion coming from another. In this instance, the smaller portion comes from an incredibly famous distillery in Port Ellen, Islay, while the larger portion comes from […]

The signatory bottling of Glen Elgin single malt Scotch whisky distilled in 1995 in Speyside and matured in a hogshead cask, then bottled in 2017 by Berry Bros & Rudd. This signatory bottled the whisky up for their un-chill filtered collection after maturing for 21 years. Glen Elgin was built at the end of 19th […]

A brilliant single malt from Islay’s Port Charlotte distillery that was produced in 2001 and matured for 5 years before bottling. It brings hints of peat smoke, tropical fruits, a gentle grassiness and subtle spices that linger in the background.
This excellent Royal Brackla single malt was created at the Highland distillery in 2001 and matured in a sherry hogshead cask for 17 years before being bottle by Carn Mor for their brilliant ‘Celebration of the Cask’ series. It’s a rare and delicious single malt of which only 177 bottles were produced.

Asta Morris 23 Year Old, from the Blair Athol distillery in Scotland. Need we say more? This is wonderful stuff that any collector of Asta Morris should have in their drinking cabinet! Bottled for Gaia Flow for Japan only release (but we’ve managed to nab some for our whisky drinkers around the world!).

This Glen Grant 21 Year Old was distilled in the Scottish Highlands and released in the 1980s as part of the distillery’s Director’s Reserve series. It brings together floral and fruity notes with lots of spiced oak in the background. This whisky has not been in production for many years now and is very hard […]
Asta Morris
Asta Morris released the Soul Gin or Tamashi Gin produced from a recipe made by Bert Bruyneel. Created to mature in a cask for seven months up to more than two years, and the maturation greatly changes the gin. Soul Gin creates a rich and spicy element, with a fine floral character, with the alcohol […]

Berry’s Own Selection, distilled in 1999 then matured for 15 years prior to bottling in 2014 at 51.1% abv. This is a bold highland blend that combines whisky from Glenmorangie and Glen Moray distilleries. This whisky was exclusively bottled by whisk-e limited. About Westport Westport isn’t actually a distillery, but instead a brand name under […]
Collectible Whisky
This Dalmore King Alexander III was created by legendary Master Distiller, Richard Paterson, who used a range of differently aged malts matured in French wine casks, Madeira drums, sherry butts, Marsala barrels, port pipes and bourbon barrels. This has resulted in a truly complex and deep dram, but one that is also well-balanced and smooth. This […]
