The Glenfarclas Distillery has been producing top quality single malt whiskies for decades now and their single cask releases are particularly sought after thanks to their unique flavour profiles and limited nature. This single cask expression was distilled all the way back in 1990 and matured in a sherry cask until February 2016, giving it a deep, dark colour and a complex flavour profile that will take several drams to fully explore. Limited to just 591 bottles, it’s one that’s worth adding to your collection while stocks last.

10-15 Years
This Glen Moray 11 Year Old is a single cask release distilled in 2008 and aged in a first-fill bourbon barrel before being bottled by A.D. Rattray in 2020. It brings a light, fruity and smooth flavour profile that has lots of tropical fruits, vanilla and honey. With only 192 bottles produced, it’s also collectable.
This unique Ardmore single malt was distilled in 1977 before being selected and bottled by world famous indie bottler, Gordon & MacPhail. As with all G&M bottlings, this one contains superb whisky inside that has plenty to explore for the avid whisky drinker and beginner alike.
