The Timorous Beastie is a limited-production highland whisky from superb indie bottler, Douglas Laing. It is known for exemplifying everything that is means to be a Highland whisky, with gentle floral tones and subtly sweet notes combining on your nose and palate in excellent fashion. This one was aged for 13 Years and brings spicy vanilla, lavender honey, heather and sweet milk chocolate. It’s a beautiful whisky that will have you coming back for another dram time and time again.
