This single cask Dominican Rum from indie bottler, The Single Cask, brings a plethora of sweet and rich aromas and flavours to the table. It was distilled in 2010 and matured for 10 years before bottling in 2020. If you’re a fan of notes of sweet oak, vanilla, thick treacle and hints of dark chocolate bitterness, you really can’t go wrong with this one. With only 252 bottles created, it’s also something of a collector’s item.
