This beautiful and highly limited single cask Craigellachie 11 Year Old was produced at the Speyside distillery in 2008 and matured for 11 years in a sherry cask before being bottled by Or Sileis in 2019. As usual with Or Sileis whisky, the bottle is visually stunning and holds rare and delicious liquid inside.
Only a handful of single malts from Craigellachie have ever been released, with the majority of their liquid going into premium blends such as White Horse. Single malt releases are therefore prized possessions and the fact that only 87 bottles of this expression were produced means they’re expected to sell out fast.
