This Ben Nevis 10 Year Old is an older version of the stunning single malt that we have all come to know and love today. This one comes from a period that is often considered the “Golden Age” for Ben Nevis. Today, it is in limited supply and highly sought after by drinkers and collectors around the world. The fascinatingly dark complexion reflects the depth of the whisky. On the nose, there is an aroma of oak and a hint of toffee, followed by incredible smells of hazelnut, green leaves and roasted wheat. The palate is sweet, almost rum-like, with rich flavors, most notably hazelnut, freshly buttered toast, dried fruit and vanilla dominating.
