This Ardmore 8 Year Old was distilled in the Scottish Highlands in 2008 and matured in a single bourbon hogshead cask before being bottled in 2016 by North Star Spirits for their Cask Series 001. It’s a cask strength whisky that exhibits great depth and a compelling range of flavours for such a young whisky and with only 198 bottles produced, it’s rare and collectable today.
